Baby Jadon

Saw this mummy at the SingaporeMotherhood Forum raising funds for her baby. Little Jadon was borned prematuring at 34 weeks on Nov 4, 2005 and have to undergo lots of treatment. His parents initially hoped that he can be home by Christmas, then New Year, now Chinese New Year...
